It’s time to release our customer survey results

We’d like to thank everyone who took part in our recent online customer survey. We’ll be studying the results in detail but thought you’d like us to share our main findings.
We’re very pleased to be able to say that 79 per cent of respondents said that their Rx-info software was invaluable or very useful, with a further 19 per cent saying it was useful or occasionally useful.
Much of the survey focused on customers’ experience of contacting Rx-info, with the majority of respondents – 87 per cent – having been in touch to ask us a question. It seems there isn’t a great preference for how people like to get in touch, and 61 per cent of people have both phoned and emailed us.
Keeping our customers happy is what makes us happy – so it was encouraging for us to learn that 84 per cent of people were very happy with the response they received after contacting Rx-info. A further 13 per cent of people were reasonably happy, and three per cent were not really happy.
We’d like to thank everyone who took part in the survey, because it will help us learn more about what people think about our customer service, so we can improve it still further. We want to get that 84 per cent closer to 100 per cent.
If you raised a specific question in the survey and we haven’t already been in touch, we will be contacting you in the next few days, but in response to the request to develop a time machine, we’ll let you know last week if that worked out as well as we hoped…
