Customer support is an integral part of the package at Rx-info. We provide software for pharmacists which has been developed by pharmacists, and we’ll work with you to understand your specific needs.
We will install the appropriate software for you, and provide you with key training. We will also provide personal follow-up support.

Rx-info runs a series of training courses across the country, and you can contact us to request further information.
Occasionally we will need to run updates to keep clients’ software – and the information it provides – as up-to-date as possible. These updates run in the background and don’t require any action by clients. If there are any scheduled development or updates, we’ll highlight them here.
