If you haven’t verified your account and the token has now expired, don’t worry. On the Rx-info landing page, there is a ‘Reset my password’ link; by following this link you will be able to verify your account (your username is your NHS email address and you choose your own password).

On the Rx-info landing page, there is a ‘Reset my password’ link; follow this and choose your own new password. Please call us in the office if you have any problems logging in.
Rx-info products have an unlimited number of users per Trust. To set up new users for your hospital, please contact Rx-info with the names and NHS email addresses of new users.
