I forgot my password or didn’t verify my account in time and my token has expired; what should I do now?

If you haven’t verified your account and the token has now expired, don’t worry.

On the top right of the Rx-info landing page, there is a ‘Login’ link.

Clicking this add adding your email address without a password will show  a ‘Forgotten my password’ link;

by following this link you will be able to Reset your Password and then verify your account (your username is your NHS email address and you choose your own password).

What is my Rx-info username?

Your username is your NHS email address.

How can I add more users to my Trust?

Rx-info products have an unlimited number of users per Trust. To set up new users for your hospital, please contact Rx-info with the names and NHS email addresses of new users. You can email us at [email protected] or call the office on 01392 460263.
