Training and support

Due to the pandemic we have been unable to visit the regions to give our annual training days; instead we have moved to an online system where training is done for shorter periods of time using Microsoft Teams. This allows us to deliver the training to much larger groups, in excess of 200 users, and gives you the convenience of only being away from work for an hour at a time. Feedback has been very positive and we welcome any suggestions. We hope to repeat these training sessions again in the autumn.
