Health Information Technology
| Development is in progress with a 'point of need' knowledge
systems for prescribers and practitioners with focus on reducing illness and
hospital admission and improving the two way communication between primary,
secondary and intermediate care. The systems provide solutions to both primary and
secondary care and are developed to take into account the Connecting for
Health priorities. A Proof of concept application is available for
demonstration for the primary and secondary care systems by request.

Medicines Management and Medicine Use Reviews with the aim to improve
workflow and reduce the potential for litigation. |
